Indeed, your Lord - He is the Knowing Creator.﴿86﴾
Translation
Indeed, your Lord - He is the Knowing Creator.
Simplified Tafsir
إنَّ ربك هو الخلاَّق لكل شيء، العليم به، فلا يعجزه شيء في الأرض ولا في السماء، ولا يخفى عليه.
