Surah Al-Hijr
And there is not a thing but that with Us are its depositories, and We do not send it down except according to a known measure.﴿21﴾
Translation
And there is not a thing but that with Us are its depositories, and We do not send it down except according to a known measure.
Simplified Tafsir
وما من شيء من منافع العباد إلا عندنا خزائنه من جميع الصنوف، وما ننزله إلا بمقدار محدد كما نشاء وكما نريد، فالخزائن بيد الله يعطي من يشاء ويمنع من يشاء، بحسب رحمته الواسعة، وحكمته البالغة.
