Surah Ibrahim
The ones who prefer the worldly life over the Hereafter and avert [people] from the way of Allah, seeking to make it (seem) deviant. Those are in extreme error.﴿3﴾
Translation
The ones who prefer the worldly life over the Hereafter and avert [people] from the way of Allah, seeking to make it (seem) deviant. Those are in extreme error.
Simplified Tafsir
وهؤلاء الذين أعرضوا ولم يؤمنوا بالله ويتبعوا رسله هم الذين يختارون الحياة الدنيا الفانية، ويتركون الآخرة الباقية، ويمنعون الناس عن اتباع دين الله، ويريدونه طريقًا معوجًا ليوافق أهواءهم، أولئك الموصوفون بهذه الصفات في ضلال عن الحق بعيد عن كل أسباب الهداية.
