Allah eliminates what He wills or confirms, and with Him is the Mother of the Book.﴿39﴾
Translation
Allah eliminates what He wills or confirms, and with Him is the Mother of the Book.
Simplified Tafsir
يمحو الله ما يشاء من الأحكام وغيرها، ويُبْقي ما يشاء منها لحكمة يعلمها، وعنده أمُّ الكتاب، وهو اللوح المحفوظ.
