Surah Ar-Ra'd
It is He who shows you lightening, [causing] fear and aspiration, and generates the heavy clouds.﴿12﴾
Translation
It is He who shows you lightening, [causing] fear and aspiration, and generates the heavy clouds.
Simplified Tafsir
هو الذي يريكم من آياته البرق -وهو النور اللامع من خلال السحاب- فتخافون أن تنزل عليكم منه الصواعق المحرقة، وتطمعون أن ينزل معه المطر، وبقدرته سبحانه يوجد السحاب المحمَّل بالماء الكثير لمنافعكم.
