Surah Yusuf
So when they returned to their father, they said, "O our father, [further] measure has been denied to us, so send with us our brother [that] we will be given measure. And indeed, we will be his guardians."﴿63﴾
Translation
So when they returned to their father, they said, "O our father, [further] measure has been denied to us, so send with us our brother [that] we will be given measure. And indeed, we will be his guardians."
Simplified Tafsir
فلما رجعوا إلى أبيهم قصُّوا عليه ما كان من إكرام العزيز لهم، وقالوا: إنه لن يعطينا مستقبَلا إلا إذا كان معنا أخونا الذي أخبرناه به، فأرسلْه معنا نحضر الطعام وافيًا، ونتعهد لك بحفظه.
