Surah Yusuf
He said, "You will not receive food that is provided to you except that I will inform you of its interpretation before it comes to you. That is from what my Lord has taught me. Indeed, I have left the religion of a people who do not believe in Allah, and they, in the Hereafter, are disbelievers.﴿37﴾
Translation
He said, "You will not receive food that is provided to you except that I will inform you of its interpretation before it comes to you. That is from what my Lord has taught me. Indeed, I have left the religion of a people who do not believe in Allah, and they, in the Hereafter, are disbelievers.
Simplified Tafsir
قال لهما يوسف: لا يأتيكما طعام ترزقانه في حال من الأحوال إلا أخبرتكما بتفسيره قبل أن يأتيكما، ذلكما التعبير الذي سأعبِّره لكما مما علَّمني ربي؛ إني آمنت به، وأخلصت له العبادة، وابتعدت عن دين قوم لا يؤمنون بالله، وهم بالبعث والحساب جاحدون.
