Prophetic Supplication

يجمع كفيه ثم ينفث فيهما فيقرأ: {قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ}، {قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ}، {قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ}، ثم يمسح بهما ما استطاع من جسده يبدأ بهما على رأسه ووجهه وما أقبل من جسده

Translation

Cupping his hands, blowing into them and reciting Surah Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, and Al-Nas. Then wiping as much of his body as possible, starting with his head, face, and the front of his body.
